Personal Reflection Path
A 7-session guided path for individual study and self-examination before God
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV
This path does not measure salvation, spiritual maturity, or holiness. It is a guided reading and reflection structure. All reflection is private. No scores. No certificates. No rankings.
Course Overview
7 Sessions · Self-Paced · Private Reflection
This path walks through the core of the Born Again 360™ platform in seven structured sessions. Each session includes Scripture, pages to read, simulators to complete, reflection questions, and a prayer prompt. Take one session per week, or work at your own pace.
Session 1
What Does It Mean to Be Born Again?
Scripture Focus
"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. — John 3:3 KJV"
Pages to Read
Reflection Questions
- →What did you believe about being born again before today?
- →What does Scripture say about regeneration that surprised or challenged you?
- →Is there a difference between religious practice and true new birth in your life?
Prayer Prompt
Ask God to reveal whether the new birth is a real and living reality in your life — not as a judgment, but as honest examination before Him.
Take time with this session. Do not rush. The new birth is the foundation of everything that follows.
Session 2
Old Man vs. New Man
Scripture Focus
"That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. — Ephesians 4:22–24 KJV"
Simulators to Complete
Reflection Questions
- →Where do you see the old man's patterns still active in your responses?
- →What does 'putting on the new man' actually look like in daily decisions?
- →Where have you confused religion (performance) with regeneration (new life)?
Prayer Prompt
Ask God to show you one area where the old man is still ruling — and bring it honestly before Him.
This is not a shame exercise. It is a discernment exercise. Conviction leads to repentance; condemnation leads to despair. They are not the same.
Session 3
When You Are Hurt or Provoked
Scripture Focus
"Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. — Romans 12:19 KJV"
Pages to Read
Simulators to Complete
Reflection Questions
- →How do you typically respond when someone wounds or disrespects you?
- →What does 'refusing vengeance' cost you emotionally — and is that cost worth paying?
- →Is there someone you have not yet forgiven? What is keeping that unforgiveness in place?
Prayer Prompt
Bring the pain of any specific wound or provocation to God. Ask Him to govern what you feel with His Word.
Forgiveness does not require unsafe reconciliation. If you are in a dangerous situation, seek pastoral help and appropriate safety.
Session 4
When Secret Sin or Temptation Pressures You
Scripture Focus
"Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. — 2 Timothy 2:22 KJV"
Pages to Read
Simulators to Complete
Reflection Questions
- →Is there a pattern of hidden compromise in your life that you have not fully brought to God?
- →What does 'fleeing temptation' look like practically — not in theory, but today?
- →Is there a trusted, mature believer you need to bring a struggle to?
Prayer Prompt
Ask God for the grace to bring what is hidden into His light. He cleanses — He does not destroy those who come honestly.
This session addresses sensitive content. Reflection is private. No public confession is required or appropriate. Bring this to God first, and if needed, to one trusted and mature believer.
Session 5
When Fear, Rejection, or Waiting Tests You
Scripture Focus
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. — 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV"
Pages to Read
Simulators to Complete
Reflection Questions
- →What fear is currently ruling a decision in your life?
- →Is your identity anchored in Christ's acceptance, or in other people's approval?
- →In the season of waiting, are you bringing your impatience to God — or hiding it?
Prayer Prompt
Bring one specific fear, rejection wound, or waiting frustration honestly to God in prayer. Do not perform peace — bring the real thing.
If fear, anxiety, or despair is severe, seek qualified help. This simulator is a teaching tool, not a mental health resource.
Session 6
When Relationships and Church Life Test You
Scripture Focus
"Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled. — Hebrews 12:15 KJV"
Pages to Read
Simulators to Complete
Reflection Questions
- →Is there a root of bitterness that has formed in a key relationship?
- →Are you confusing forgiveness with being required to have no boundaries?
- →In church, have you been calling abuse 'offense' — or calling offense 'abuse'?
Prayer Prompt
Bring one relationship wound or church hurt to God. Ask for discernment — not just emotion — about what He requires of you.
Honor does not mean enabling harm. If a relationship involves abuse or danger, seek pastoral counsel and appropriate safety. This simulator addresses spiritual responses, not crisis situations.
Session 7
Reflection, Prayer, and Next Steps
Scripture Focus
"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. — James 1:22 KJV"
Pages to Read
Reflection Questions
- →What is the most significant thing God revealed to you through this course?
- →What one area of response is most in need of surrender before God?
- →What is your next faithful step — not the whole journey, just one step?
Prayer Prompt
Thank God for what He revealed. Ask Him to make the Word you studied a living reality in your daily responses — not by your own effort, but by the power of His Spirit.
No platform course replaces regular Bible reading, prayer, church fellowship, and pastoral care. These tools serve the local church — they do not replace it.
