Church Leader Review Course Packet

5 Review Steps • For pastors, elders, and church leaders evaluating Born Again 360™

"Prove all things; hold fast that which is good."

1 Thessalonians 5:21 KJV

Important Disclaimer

This packet does not approve, certify, or endorse Born Again 360™. It is a review aid for church discernment. Each church is responsible for its own theological review, safety assessment, and pastoral oversight before using or recommending this platform to members. The platform does not claim any church endorsement.

Review Step 1

Theology Review — New Birth, Repentance, Grace, and Faith

Pages to Inspect

Questions for Pastors / Elders

1. Does the platform's teaching on the new birth align with your church's understanding of conversion?

2. Is repentance presented as both a turning from sin and a turning toward Christ — not merely emotional sorrow?

3. Is grace presented as unmerited — not earned by participation, completion, or good behavior?

Theology Check

The platform must not suggest that completing a course, simulator, or session contributes to salvation. Salvation is by grace through faith alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

Safety Check

No coercive language. No false assurance. No suggestion that platform use proves salvation.

Practical Check

Are these theological pages accurate, clear, and appropriate for your congregation's level of understanding?

Notes

Review Step 2

Simulator Safety Review — Emotional Pressure, Sensitive Topics, and Response Models

Pages to Inspect

Questions for Pastors / Elders

1. Do the simulator scenarios and responses reflect your church's pastoral theology?

2. Are the 'born-again responses' presented as fruit of the Spirit — not as a new legalism?

3. Are sensitive simulators (secret sin, self-harm adjacent themes, family wounds) handled appropriately?

Theology Check

Simulators must present born-again responses as Spirit-led, not performance-based. The fruit meter must not be used as a salvation score.

Safety Check

Simulators must not encourage unsafe reconciliation, self-condemnation as atonement, or forced public confession.

Practical Check

Are there any simulators your leadership would not recommend for use in your specific ministry context?

Notes

Review Step 3

Platform Architecture Review — Local Storage, Privacy, and No-Backend Policy

Pages to Inspect

Questions for Pastors / Elders

1. Does your church understand that all reflection saves are stored locally in the browser only?

2. Does your church understand that clearing the browser clears all saved reflections?

3. Does your church's technology policy allow use of a browser-based teaching tool with local storage?

Theology Check

No backend means no data collection, no user tracking, and no salvation monitoring — which is theologically appropriate.

Safety Check

Minors using the platform should be supervised. Local storage means no adult oversight of what a minor saves — plan accordingly.

Practical Check

Is the local-storage-only architecture a workable fit for your church's tech environment and member expectations?

Notes

Review Step 4

Youth, Minor, and Vulnerability Safety Review

Pages to Inspect

Questions for Pastors / Elders

1. Does your church have a safeguarding policy that covers use of digital discipleship tools with minors?

2. Are sensitive simulators (secret sin, peer pressure, family wounds) appropriate for your youth ministry context?

3. Who will supervise minor use of this platform — and has that plan been established?

Theology Check

No simulator on this platform collects personal information from minors. But pastoral oversight of minor use is a church responsibility, not a platform one.

Safety Check

If a minor discloses abuse, self-harm, or danger while using this platform, your church's mandatory reporting obligations apply. The platform cannot detect or report these.

Practical Check

Have you established who is responsible for supervising minor use, and what happens if a minor raises a safety concern?

Notes

Review Step 5

Final Fit Assessment — Approve, Restrict, or Decline for Use

Pages to Inspect

Questions for Pastors / Elders

1. Based on your review, which pathways (if any) would you recommend for use in your church?

2. Are there any sections, simulators, or course pathways you would restrict or supervise?

3. What pastoral care structure would you put in place to support members who engage with emotionally sensitive content?

Theology Check

Approval of this platform is a church's responsibility. The platform does not certify itself, nor does any third party.

Safety Check

Your endorsement or use policy should be communicated clearly to members — including what the platform is, what it is not, and who to contact with concerns.

Practical Check

Document your decision — approved, restricted, or declined — and communicate it to your leadership team before introducing it to your congregation.
