Simulator Standard

Theology, Safety, and Design Rules

"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

1. The Purpose of a Simulator

A Born Again 360™ simulator is a spiritual mirror and discipleship reflection tool. Its purpose is to hold a life moment up to the light of Scripture — not to score the user, rank their holiness, or evaluate their salvation.

The simulator asks: "In this moment, which voice are you following — the flesh, false religion, or the Spirit of God?"

The simulator does not answer that question on behalf of the user. It creates a space for the Holy Spirit to work — for conviction, reflection, and growth — in private, without shame.

A simulator is not a game. It is not a test. It is not a report card. It is a vessel for Scripture to enter a real human moment.

2. Required Simulator Structure

Every simulator — Wave 1 and Wave 2 — must include all of the following elements. This is not optional. The structure is the standard.

  • Scenario introduction — sets the life moment in plain, real language
  • Life Pressure Moment — the emotional or relational weight of the situation
  • Emotional Surge — the immediate internal reaction (flesh)
  • Old Man Response — what the unregenerate self would do
  • False Religious Response — what religion without regeneration produces
  • Scripture Witness — a relevant KJV verse that illuminates the moment
  • Born-Again Response — what the Spirit-led believer does differently
  • Decision choices — at least 3 selectable paths with different outcomes
  • Choice-based feedback — specific to each decision path
  • Spiritual X-Ray Moment — diagnostic insight into what the choice reveals
  • Fruit response explanation — which fruit of the Spirit is tested or displayed
  • Reflection Prompt — a personal question for journaling or meditation
  • Save Reflection — ability to save to Reflection Journal (localStorage)
  • Grace and Growth — encouragement that is not shame-based
  • Next Steps — links to deeper content or pastoral care guidance
  • Safety / Wisdom Note — required where topic is sensitive (lust, secret sin, family wounds, minors)

3. Theology Guardrails

These rules govern what every simulator may and may not teach. They are non-negotiable.

  • KJV Scripture only — no paraphrases, no NIV, no modern translations
  • No fake salvation tracking — simulators do not detect whether a user is saved or lost
  • No saved/lost labels — no result tells a user they are saved or unsaved
  • No spiritual score — no points, ranks, or holiness measurements
  • No shame-based results — feedback is convicting, not condemning
  • No prosperity gospel — no language implying financial or material blessing as spiritual reward
  • No sinless perfection doctrine — the simulator acknowledges ongoing sanctification
  • No works-based salvation — faith and grace are always primary
  • Grace and repentance both present — every simulator holds both truths
  • Jesus Christ central — every simulator points to Him as Lord and Saviour
  • The Holy Spirit is the real teacher — the simulator is only a vessel

Scripture Foundation

Hebrews 4:12 (KJV)

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

Born Again 360™ Insight

The Word of God — not a simulator — is the real diagnostic instrument. Every simulator points back to Scripture.

Romans 12:2 (KJV)

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Born Again 360™ Insight

The simulator reinforces the renewing of the mind — not a worldly behavioral modification system.

Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV)

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."

Born Again 360™ Insight

The fruit of the Spirit is the framework for evaluating every Born-Again response — not points, not performance.

James 1:22 (KJV)

"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."

Born Again 360™ Insight

Simulators exist to move believers from hearing truth to practicing it in real life moments — not to create academic observers.

4. Safety Guardrails

These rules govern how simulators handle sensitive topics, vulnerable users, and pastoral boundaries.

  • No unsafe reconciliation — forgiveness does not mean returning to danger or abusive situations
  • No pressure for public confession — private reflection is honoured and protected
  • No explicit sexual content — lust scenarios are direct but not graphic or detailed
  • No crisis counseling overclaim — simulators cannot replace professional help, emergency services, or pastoral care
  • No unsafe minor disclosures — sensitive simulators include age-appropriate warnings and adult guidance notes
  • No secrecy promises where safety is involved — if a user is in danger, safety takes priority over confidentiality
  • Encourage church and pastoral care — simulators should point outward to community, not inward to technology
  • Facilitator must follow church safeguarding policies when using simulators with minors or vulnerable persons

5. Design Standard

Every simulator must maintain the Born Again 360™ visual and interactive identity.

  • Born Again 360™ color identity — Living Water Blue, Glory Gold, New Life Green, Deep Navy, Spirit Amber, Heart Crimson
  • Cormorant Garamond for headings — reverent, literary, serious
  • Inter for body text — clear, readable, not ornate
  • Framer Motion animations — subtle, not distracting
  • Not childish — simulators treat the user as a serious disciple
  • Not dark or horror-themed — conviction is not presented as condemnation
  • Not medical or neurological — no brain scans, psychology labels, or clinical language
  • Not gamified — no scores, no streaks, no achievements, no leaderboards
  • Interactive and responsive — usable on mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Cards, badges, and structured layouts — organized and trustworthy presentation

6. Facilitator Standard

When simulators are used in group settings, the following standards apply to every leader or facilitator.

  • Leaders must never use simulator results to shame, condemn, or single out participants
  • Leaders should always follow established church safeguarding and data privacy policies
  • Sensitive simulators (005, 007, 018) require additional pastoral care and should not be used in open group settings without preparation
  • Private reflection is often more spiritually productive than public group sharing
  • Leaders should open and close every simulator session with prayer
  • Leaders should not pressure any participant to share their reflection notes
  • If a simulator raises a crisis disclosure (abuse, self-harm, danger), leaders must follow legal and church reporting obligations — not manage it alone

The Standard Is the Covenant

Born Again 360™ holds itself to these standards in every simulator built — Wave 1 and beyond. If a planned simulator cannot meet this standard without violating theology, safety, or design rules, it will not be built until it can. The integrity of the platform is more important than the quantity of its content.

This standard document governs how Born Again 360™ simulators are built and used. The platform is a teaching vessel, not a replacement for salvation, Scripture, prayer, church fellowship, pastoral care, or the work of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ saves — not a simulator.
