Reviewer Feedback Triage & Correction Center

A humble guide to processing and responding to reviewer feedback

"Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellours there is safety."

Proverbs 11:14 KJV

Processing Feedback Humbly

Feedback is a gift, not an attack. Reviewers are spending their time and care on your work.

Theology and safety concerns must be treated with the highest seriousness. Do not defend pridefully. Listen. Compare against Scripture. Be ready to change.

Do not rush to public launch. If even one trusted reviewer raises a Priority 1 concern, pause and fix before wider sharing.

Do not ignore small confusion. If a careful reviewer did not understand something, others will also be confused.

Remember:

  • ✓ Jesus Christ saves — not this platform.
  • ✓ Scripture is the authority — all teaching rests here.
  • ✓ The Holy Spirit does the transforming work — you cannot.
  • ✓ Born Again 360™ is only a vessel — a teaching and reflection tool.
  • ✓ Reviewers are brothers and sisters — listen to them.

Theology Concern Review Checklist

When reviewing theology feedback, ask yourself these questions:

Does the feedback relate to the gospel or core doctrine?
Does it affect repentance, grace, faith, regeneration, conviction, or assurance?
Could a new believer misunderstand salvation from the wording?
Does any wording imply the platform saves (instead of Jesus)?
Does any wording imply completion equals spiritual maturity?
Does any wording suggest works-based salvation?
Does any wording weaken Scripture as the final authority?
Does this issue need a pastor/elder review before fixing?

Safety Concern Review Checklist

When reviewing safety feedback, ask yourself these questions:

Does the feedback involve abuse, coercion, danger, threats, or stalking?
Does the content pressure unsafe reconciliation?
Does the content pressure public confession or shame?
Does the content minimize trauma, depression, despair, or self-harm?
Does the content overclaim medical, psychological, or counseling authority?
Does the content fail to refer serious issues to qualified professional help?
Does the content create confusion for minors or vulnerable people?
Does this issue require an immediate pause before sharing further?

Correction Decision Guide

After reviewing feedback, use one of these four outcomes:

A — Fix Immediately

Theology or safety problems. Stop wider sharing. Fix and test. Ask mentor to review fix.

B — Clarify Language

Wording could be misunderstood but is not wrong. Add clarity, remove ambiguity.

C — Add Guardrail

Content is true but needs stronger safety boundaries or better warnings.

D — Record for Later

Non-blocking polish, future feature idea, or preference. Not urgent. Track for future.

Thank You for Your Review and Encouragement

Dear [Reviewer Name], Thank you for reviewing Born Again 360™ and for your kind words and encouragement. I am grateful for your prayer, your time, and your care. However, I want to be clear: I am not seeking endorsement at this stage. I am seeking correction, wisdom, and wise counsel. If you have any concerns — big or small — please do not hesitate to share them. Truth matters more than agreement. Thank you for walking with me in prayer. In Christ, Brother Gregory Mahabee

What NOT to Do With Feedback

✕Argue with reviewers or defend pridefully
✕Treat concern as disloyalty or attack
✕Publish positive feedback as testimonials
✕Claim reviewer approval or endorsement
✕Ignore theology concerns because design looks good
✕Ignore safety concerns because wording sounds biblical
✕Rush fixes without checking Scripture first
✕Add features just because one person suggested them
✕Add backend or tracking for feedback collection
✕Turn reviewer comments into marketing claims
✕Pressure reviewers to give public endorsement
✕Expand to wider sharing before fixing Priority 1 items
